All prices are negotiable with discounts available for club members and also
regular bookings. Starting prices are set out below.

Hire of hall for meetings/classes: £25.00, p/hr
Evening Parties/Birthday Celebrations: Use of the hall and bar: £175.00
Whole day wedding hire: Use of the hall and bar: £400.00
Evening Wedding reception: Use of the hall and bar: £250.00
Use of pitch area for marquee (NOT including cost of marquee): £150.00

All bookings also require a £100 security deposit which is fully refunded if
everything is left as found.

Alcohol Policy

*The club does not permit the hirer, or any guest, to bring, or consume, any
alcohol on the club premises that has not been purchased through Dorchester
Rugby Football Club. *
